1. All products of PLUCKITTY are manufactured with strict quality control and process control procedures and has passed appearance, specification, and physical property testing.

2. Please verify fabric composition, dimensions, and washing instructions before use.

3. If you have a problem with the product and want compensation, remember to bring your receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Please contact the place of purchase or customer service center for damage compensation or repair.

5. The warranty period for product is 1 year from the date of purchase.

- Compensation will be made for justifiable damages in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Settlement Standards as stated by the government.

- For defects of fabrics, trims, sewing: Free repairs, exchange, or purchase price refund (in the order listed) will be made within 1 year from the date of purchase.

- For incorrect sizes or unsatisfactory design or color: Exchange for the equivalent product at the same price can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase if the product is not defective or damaged.

- The company is not responsible for compensation for damages caused by the customer misuse, incorrect care, or products past their warranty period. Repairable products will be repaired at a cost.

2. 제품에 표시되어 있는 섬유 혼용률, 치수, 세탁 방법을 착용 전에 반드시 확인하십시오.

3. 만약 품질에 이상이 있어 피해 보상을 원하실 때에는 반드시 영수증 또는 구입 증빙서류를 지참 바랍니다.

4. 피해 보상 또는 수선을 원하실 때에는 본 제품 판매점 또는 소비자 상담실로 연락해 주십시오.

5. 제품의 품질보증기간은 구입일로부터 1년입니다.

- 구입하신 제품에 이상이 있을 때에는 소비자 피해 보상 규정에 따라 다음과 같이 보상해 드립니다.

- 원단 불량, 부자재 불량, 봉제 불량의 경우 구입일로부터 1년 이내분은 무상 수선, 교환, 환불의 순위로 보상, 환불은 구입가를 기준으로 합니다.

- 사이즈 부정확 및 디자인, 색상 불만의 경우 구입일로부터 7일 이내에 제품 훼손이 없을 시 교환이 가능하며 동일한 가격, 동일 제품 교환을 원칙으로 합니다.

- 소비자 부주의에 의한 제품 훼손 및 세탁 잘못에 의한 변형, 품질보증기간이 경과한 제품의 품질 이상에 대해서는 보상의 책임을 지지 않으며, 수선 가능 시에는 유상 수선해 드립니다.
